RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES

Before returning an item, please note that you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain one, please contact us directly by email or phone at 819.617.9191.

Please note that for online orders, Customers are responsible for return shipping costs , except in the case of a delivery error on our part.

Every day, our goal is to satisfy our customers. If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund items returned with a receipt (and issue store credit for items returned without a receipt) within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the details and exclusions below.

RETURN POLICY DETAILS AND PROCEDURES:

Inspection and resale condition: Before any refund or exchange, the product must be inspected and verified to ensure it is in resalable condition.

WITH A RECEIPT: For items returned with a receipt within 30 days of the purchase date, the refund will be at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method.

RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT: STORE CREDIT For items returned without a receipt within 30 days of the purchase date, the store credit will be the lowest selling price of the item plus applicable sales tax.

ALL RETURNS: EXCHANGE OPTION For all items returned within 30 days of the purchase date, with or without a receipt, instead of the applicable refund or store credit, you may choose to exchange the item for the exact same product, if available.

EXCLUSIONS - THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS RETURN POLICY:

  • All products with a serial number (lawnmower, chainsaw, blowers etc.) All sales of these products are final or subject to the manufacturer's policy.
  • An item that is no longer in its new condition.
  • Returns will not be accepted on any custom/special orders.
  • Gift cards are final sale. They are not eligible for returns or refunds. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Items that smell of cigarette smoke, fabric softener, perfumes or other strong odors.

* Some items can only be returned in person at one of our branches.
